What We Need From You

Before we can kick off your onboarding, the following items must be in place. These requirements ensure we make the most of every step — and avoid delays down the road.

Funeral/business license number — active and on file with your state
General Price List (GPL) — finalized, including any discounted online pricing
Business logo — high-resolution file for your online store
Forms & documents — paperwork your families will sign
Bank account details — active business account for payment processing
Missing items will delay your onboarding timeline. If you have questions, reach out to your Parting Pro sales representative.
Still waiting on your LLC, license, GPL, or bank account? Onboarding will be placed on hold until these are resolved. Please notify your sales representative as soon as they're complete and we'll get you scheduled right away.

Five Steps to Launch

Your onboarding is designed around five milestones that build on each other, so your team gains confidence at every stage.

1
Meeting

Discovery & Success Alignment

This is a working session — not a casual introduction. We'll review your goals, understand your current challenges, and identify exactly how Parting Pro can solve them. Everything that follows is tailored to what we uncover here, so it's critical that both the primary decision maker and champion of change attend.

Primary decision maker + champion of change — Key decisions about your store, pricing, and workflow will be made during this session.
2
Self-Paced

Store & Forms Approval

Review your customized online store and forms at your own pace — we'll make sure everything looks perfect before moving forward. No meeting needed; take the time you need to get it right.

Primary decision maker — Final approval is needed before we build your live store.
3
Meeting

First Call Training

Your team will learn to create cases, send arrangements, and confidently navigate the platform. This is where things start to click.

Champion of change (at minimum) — This person will lead day-to-day use and train others on your team.
4
Meeting

Paperwork Training

We'll walk through digital forms and contracts so your families get a seamless, professional experience from the very first interaction.

Champion of change (at minimum) — They'll need to understand how families will complete and sign paperwork digitally.
5
Meeting

Payment Training

Learn how to process payments and manage billing so nothing slows you down after launch. This is the final step before you're live.

Champion of change (at minimum) — They'll handle payment processing after launch, so hands-on training here is essential.

Go Live

You're ready to start serving families with Parting Pro. Your Success Team will continue to be here for you — this isn't goodbye, it's just the beginning.
